In his address to the UK Parliament, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy highlighted Ukraine’s growing role in global security.
201 Ukrainian experts are already deployed in the Middle East and the Gulf region, with 34 more ready to go, helping partners defend against “shahed” drones.
💬 “Today, just a few “shaheds” can disrupt oil shipments at a scale that affects entire regions, or destroy desalination plants and hit millions of people in the most painful way. The cost of living is rising everywhere. And terrorists around the world are learning what they, too, can do. And we all know the solutions that can prevent this,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stressed.
He also demonstrated the system that shows real-time attacks and air defence on an iPad. The President presented one to King Charles III, who asked for another for the Prime Minister.
Ukraine is capable of producing 2,000 of interceptors daily and is ready to expand cooperation with partners.
